Grab a chair (or something to hold onto if you don't have a Barre in your house), and do the following!
All on the right side: 8 stationary reverse lunges + 8 reverse leg raises (drop it by 2 each round until you're doing 2 stationary reverse lunges + 2 reverse leg raises). Repeat it all on the left side.
Next, 8 plie squats + 8 tiny pulsing plie squats. Drop by 2 each time you do a round until you're doing 2 plie squats and 2 pulses.
Then, repeat it all over again! :D
3 rounds of all of the following. Do each exercise for 45 seconds, break for 15 seconds, and move right along!
2-3 rounds of the following!
TWO ROUNDS, each one 45 seconds on + 15 seconds rest (and a nice long 1-min. break after you complete each round)
Do 2-3 rounds!
Do 2 rounds of the attached video. Perform each movement for 45 seconds. Modifications included in case you need them!
Just three little exercises!!
Break them up into groups of ten if that helps! ;)

15-30 seconds rest between each.
Round 2:
14 reps of each exercise.
Rest stays the same.
Round 3:
12 reps of each exercise.

Round 4:
10 reps of each exercise.
Rest stays the same.
3 exercises, completed 3x through:
Take 15 seconds off after each movement.
